Deliver 100+ innovative ‘Halal’ Benefits merchants across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia for 1.5 million debit card holders from Indonesia and Malaysia; and conduct mystery shopping on merchants.

In-country associates identified universe of halal certified restaurants and hotels in target markets
Associates approached four and five star hotels and premium restaurants to provide unique offers
Conducted mystery shopping on a quarterly basis

In-country associates identified best merchants and approached them with proposition
Agreements were signed and communicated to client
Mystery shopping was conducted quarterly
Impact:
Successfully obtained 100+ Benefits program members for a first of its kind ‘Halal’ Benefits program. The Merchants were signed up in a record time of 90 days.
